M&A Integration Manager

Summary

Join Figma's Corporate Development & Strategy team as their first integration hire, building a new function from the ground up. You will create playbooks and processes for future M&A, participate in diligence processes, manage cross-functional workstreams for integrations, and report to executive leadership. This full-time role can be based in a US hub or remotely within the US. The ideal candidate possesses 6+ years of relevant experience in M&A integration, business operations, consulting, or strategic business roles. Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in M&A integration, business operations, consulting or other strategic business roles
• Ability to manage complex processes from start to finish and a desire to work cross-functionally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to drive projects to completion

Responsibilities

• Create playbooks and processes as the foundation for future M&A
• Actively participate in diligence processes including advising on deal structure, GTM integration, strategic business questions, etc
• Captain and product manage cross-functional workstreams for all parts of integration
• Report to executive leadership on integration milestones
• Build a best-in-class integration function at Figma
