Senior Manager - Partner Education and Ecosystems

Ashby
Summary
Join Ashby as their Senior Manager, Partner Education & Ecosystems to scale partner education efforts, build engaging training experiences, and manage the growing integration ecosystem. Over the next year, you will develop a certification program and training for Ashby Experts, design structured learning programs, own onboarding and enablement for referral partners, and onboard, educate, and promote integration partners. This role requires tackling ambiguous projects, creating structure, building repeatable processes, and thinking from first principles. You will work with a small, highly competent team committed to excellence. The ideal candidate is ambitious, eager to learn, deeply curious, business-minded, and comfortable handling contracts. This is not a typical partnership role; a background in recruiting operations, teaching, or product integrations is a plus.
Requirements
- You’ve tackled projects with a lot of ambiguity and know how to create structure and drive progress
- You seek leverage in your work —meaning you don’t just get things done, but also build repeatable processes, playbooks, and automation to make execution smoother over time
- You’re deeply curious and good at thinking about problems from first principles
- You’re excited about becoming an expert in Ashby’s APIs to support integration discussions
- You’re business-minded and confident handling contracts
