Requirements

• Proven ability to interact effectively with VP and C-level executives across business and technical teams
• Deep knowledge, skills, and experience in implementing Magento eCommerce
• Experience as a Principal Architect in at least one Magento implementation, defining technology and process alignment
• Experience as a Technical Lead in at least one Magento implementation, providing hands-on technical guidance to development teams
• Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems and best practices
• Advanced level of English

Responsibilities

• Act as the Architect defining the strategic direction and alignment of eCommerce technology and processes
• Serve as the Technical Lead providing hands-on technical support to the entire development team, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Development Engineers, and QA Engineers
• Collaborate with VP and C-level executives across both business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of eCommerce initiatives
• Lead and manage the Continuous Improvement of the Magento application and eCommerce ecosystem post-initial implementation
• Work closely with external System Integrators, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of resources for implementation teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an Architect and Technical Lead in an implementation where an external System Integrator provided all resources for the implementation team
• Experience leading and managing the Continuous Improvement of the Magento application and eCommerce ecosystem after the initial implementation
