Summary

Active Digital is seeking an experienced Strategy and Operations Consultant to work directly with executive clients, define strategies, lead consulting teams, and grow with the company. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience and skills in strategy development, business case development, roadmap creation, operating model design, organizational agility, change management, project management, process improvement, and customer experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years proven client-facing experience in a large, business consultancy
• 3+ years of Professional Services experience
• Expertise in using PowerPoint to support solutioning for clients
• Track record of success leading consulting teams to deliver impactful solutions for clients

Responsibilities

• Directly work with executive level clients to help them solve their most mission-critical challenges
• Define strategies, design solutions and chart pathways that will drive a client's desired outcome
• Lead consulting teams with diverse skill sets to optimally organize, design, and deliver client solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previously demonstrated exceptional teamwork and communication skills and the ability to interact with internal and client stakeholders at all levels throughout varies work cultures
• Comfort with ambiguity and experience deploying frameworks and creating structures that mitigate client complexity
• Understanding of and experience deploying solutions across core consulting capabilities, including but not limited to strategy development, business case development, roadmap creation, operating model design, organizational agility, change management, project management, process improvement, and customer experience
• MBA
