Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar
  • Management consulting experience, including client facing experience
  • 3-5 years of program management experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing program budgets and large teams
  • Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues; desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver with a drive to get all types of work done with high attention to detail
  • Excellent ability to communicate across all mediums and settings; superior consulting and stakeholder management abilities
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial and operational modeling, capital planning models and workforce models

Responsibilities

  • Assess organizational challenges: Identify inefficiencies, process gaps, or strategic misalignment
  • Analyze data and trends: Use analytics to support recommendations (financials, KPIs, performance metrics)
  • Develop business cases: Build and present strategic plans to senior stakeholders
  • Provide expert recommendations: Suggest solutions aligned with business goals (e.g., org design, digital transformation, change management)
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews: Gather requirements and insights across departments
  • Provide project leadership in all aspects of planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of multiple projects and anticipate the needs as driven by project work plans
  • Independently manage resources and be able to deliver all components of basic and standalone projects
  • Plan client meetings by anticipating needs as driven by the work plan, coordinate meetings with key users, develop data requests and document key questions to be answered throughout the engagement
  • Produce project documentation, research briefs, meeting materials, analysis, graphics, best practice presentations, benchmark information and interim and final deliverables
  • Create meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Create work plans including project staffing, project approach, and resource requests to be reviewed with clients and executives
  • Plan and manage large-scale initiatives: Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: Align efforts across business units, IT, and external vendors
  • Drive implementation: Ensure execution of strategic plans and manage the change management process
  • Monitor and report progress: Track KPIs, generate dashboards, and communicate updates to executives
  • Manage stakeholder expectations: Serve as the bridge between business sponsors and project teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project and program management (Agile, PMP preferred)
  • Change management experience

  • Financial modeling and ROI analysis experience
  • Strong relationship building between internal customers, vendors and employees
