Requirements
- 3+ years directly managing Sales Reps, with demonstrated success in short-cycle, competitive mid-market sales environments
- Proven experience building teams and designing effective customer journeys and sales playbooks
- Strong track record of leading high-performing teams and consistently exceeding goals
- Skilled at setting clear KPIs, driving accountability, and tracking performance against targets
- Experienced in building productive cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a motivated, results-oriented team of PEO Solutions Consultants
- Own the number : Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly quota targets and builds healthy, predictable pipeline
- Develop talent : Deliver ongoing coaching through 1:1s, training, role plays, and strategy sessions to help reps sharpen their skills and grow in their careers
- Drive operational excellence : As one of Deel’s fastest-growing product lines, PEO requires a well-defined, scalable, and efficient sales motion—your job is to build and evolve it
- Lead with clarity : Effectively guide the team through shifting priorities and evolving strategies by aligning on the “why” and executing with urgency
Preferred Qualifications
- Thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment; experience with global payroll or PEO is a plus
- You lead with intention and clarity, especially in fast-paced environments
- You’re as passionate about developing people as you are about hitting targets
- You bring a learning mindset and stay current on trends and best practices in SaaS sales and PEO
- You’ve worked in high-growth environments and understand how to balance speed with structure
