Summary

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Contract Management, Finance, Pricing, Sales Operations, or related fields, with a strong focus on quote-to-cash processes
  • Experience leading and managing CPQ transformation projects, preferably within Salesforce and NetSuite environments
  • Experience leading a high performing team
  • Experience driving operational improvements in a Deal Desk or Sales Operations
  • Experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Experience with RFP / RFI responses and support
  • Proficiency with Excel, including lookups, indexing, pivot tables, and other advanced formulas

Responsibilities

  • Identify and enable strategic opportunities to improve sales efficiency, enhance profitability, and establish stronger controls
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams, collaborating with sales leaders to structure deals that align with both customer needs and Nextech's business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of deal desk professionals
  • Manage key aspects of the quote-to-cash process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business and operational SLAs
  • Participate in pricing, packaging, and new product introduction initiatives and ensure policies, guidelines, and end-to-end processes are in place to handle new product/offering releases
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to accelerate the quoting process and delivery
  • Serve as the liaison between sales and finance, ensuring a seamless and efficient quote-to-cash process
  • Partner with the Sales and CRM Systems team to continuously improve operational processes and system performance
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and refine operational workflows for the quote-to-cash process
  • Analyze deal trends, identify risks, and uncover growth opportunities through data-driven insight

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce CPQ Certification
  • Experience working in integrated Salesforce and NetSuite environments
  • Proven track record of optimizing quoting processes while adhering to financial and contractual requirements
