Summary

Join Juul Labs as a Manager Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Promotion and Insights to manage price and promotional reporting, inform business decisions, monitor key performance indicators, create cost models, identify best practices for promotion execution, analyze & optimize the implementation of price & promotion strategy, build category volume projections, identify market disruptions opportunities, and dissect national category performance. Ideal candidate has 3-5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, finance background preferred, strong cross functional communication skills, capacity to clearly communicate compelling data-driven messages and stories, ability to distill insights into strategy and actionable recommendations. Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Finance background preferred
  • Strong cross functional communication skills
  • Capacity to clearly communicate compelling data-driven messages and stories
  • Ability to distill insights into strategy and actionable recommendations
  • Experience with IRI, Nielsen, BI tools (i.e. Tableau, Microsoft BI), a CPG company, or a technology company specifically working with data portals a plus
  • Quantitative undergraduate degree or Business undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage price and promotional reporting
  • Inform business decisions at an operational, strategic and optimal level
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and make data-driven adjustments
  • Develop and maintain outlook on marketplace pricing against competitive products
  • Create cost, breakeven, and profitability models
  • Identify best practices for promotion execution
  • Analyze & optimizing the implementation of price & promotion strategy using pricing and promotion models
  • Build & evaluate category volume projections as defined from the impact of price/promotional strategies
  • Identify market disruptions opportunities & opportunities for new product launches
  • Dissect national category performance for disruption opportunities & the quantification of the subsequent business cases
