Summary
Join Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia as an IT Service Continuity Manager. Responsible for conducting regular risk assessments, implementing disaster recovery procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Requires a university degree, practical experience in Process, Organization and Quality management, project management experience, strong communication skills, analytical thinking capabilities, presentation skills, ability to work autonomously, upper-intermediate (B2) level of proficiency in German and English, understanding of the business environment and IT process and organization. Requirements
- Hold a university degree
- Possess practical experience in Process, Organization and Quality management
- Have project Management Experience in management of international projects, previous experience in intercultural environment
- Showcase strong communication skills (customer contact)
- Display analytical thinking capabilities
- Highlight your presentation skills
- Prove your ability to work autonomously
- Have an upper-intermediate (B2) level of proficiency in German and English and German
- Understand the business environment and IT process and organization
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical services and potential threats
- Implement and test disaster recovery procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date
- Monitor and review IT service continuity performance, making improvements as needed to enhance resilience
- Document and report on IT service continuity activities, incidents, and testing outcomes to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to IT service continuity
- Ensure that all documents, including policies, procedures, and operational manuals, are accurately created, stored, and easily accessible
- Implement and enforce document control procedures to maintain the accuracy and integrity of documentation
- Manage the lifecycle of documents, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving
- Coordinate with various teams to gather, update, and manage documentation, ensuring it reflects current processes and systems

- Final salary is negotiable
- We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1100β¬ /brutto
