Summary
Join Xpansiv, a leader in energy and environmental commodities, and lead a team within the Clean Transportation business unit. This role involves managing and growing business clients, overseeing clean transportation and renewable energy assets, and providing technical training. You will ensure accurate and timely asset registration, usage reporting, credit generation, and client payments. The position requires leading a team of 2-6 members, offering guidance, support, and training. Success in this role demands effective communication, problem-solving, and the ability to educate internal and external parties on complex programs and policies. You will also measure team progress against company goals and direct the team to achieve them.
Requirements
- 7-8 years’ relevant experience
- 2-3 years’ experience managing a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment
- Ambitious and proactive, with a can-do attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and Google Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Experience managing a team in a remote setting and ensuring task completion by internal and external deadlines
- Provide ongoing training, support, and guidance to team members
- Experience in account management, triaging client inquiries by email and phone, and providing guidance to team members in such instances
- Identify training needs, create training plans, and deploy effective training programs to improve employee skills, productivity and quality of work
- Effectively lead a team to continuously improve quality, efficiency, and customer experience
- Communicate issues effectively and create solutions within the team and among SRECTrade’s leadership with the goal of advancing our overall service and business
- Develop knowledge of in-state programs, registries, policies and procedures and then educate internal and external parties about these complex topics
- Measure progress against company goals and direct your team as needed to ensure goals are achieved
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal stakeholders, team members and external clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and Pardot
- Relevant Industry knowledge/experience
- Account management to service, retain, and grow various types of accounts and clients

- Compensation for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, knowledge, education and training. However, compensation in the following regions is expected to be as follows: Boston, MA: Compensation is expected to be between $87,000-$95,000
