Summary

Figma is looking for a community leader to help take their community and team to the next level. The person will lead and manage a team of Design and Developer Advocates, set the vision for EMEA community strategy, collaborate with regional Sales partners, and create programs to grow the EMEA community.

Requirements

4+ years of community and advocacy/evangelism experience, 8+ years of relevant work experience and 3+ years leading teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of world class Design and Developer Advocates
• Set the vision for our EMEA community strategy
• Formalize our playbook for scaling community in EMEA
• Manage all community data, showing with metrics how community supports the business
• Collaborate with regional Sales partners to optimize our Advocacy engagement playbook
• Take Figma's thriving EMEA community to the next level through programs from influencer marketing to creating new community channels in region
• Define strategy and programs how to grow our EMEA developer community from scratch
• Create and test programs to drive bottoms-up go-to-market motion in Tier 2 markets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-growth company is preferred
• Experience working with product designers and/or developer audiences; experience working in high-growth SaaS companies
