Instrumentl is a hypergrowth YC-backed startup that helps nonprofits discover, track, and manage grants efficiently through its SaaS platform. The company is hiring an Events & Community Manager to lead and scale educational events and community engagement initiatives. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing events, developing marketing strategies, establishing relationships with stakeholders, and growing the community. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of full-time work experience, experience running online education events, strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, clear communication, effective execution, resourcefulness, tech savviness, a growth mindset, and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a growing educational grant workshop series with thousands of nonprofit attendees
• Conceptualize, plan, and coordinate events such as virtual summits, conferences, seminars, workshops, and networking sessions
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including event sponsors, industry influencers, community leaders, and nonprofit organizations
• Grow the community by organizing activities, programs, and initiatives that encourage interaction, collaboration, and networking among members
• Test hypotheses and collaborate with the Growth team to validate new opportunities

Experience in the nonprofit sector, especially with grants
