Requirements

• Fluency in German and good command of written and spoken English
• Possess a degree (e.g., in Business Informatics) or a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience
• Have a strong understanding of processes and technologies in the area of IT services
• Be familiar with the operation of management systems and associated standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001)
• Be familiar with common regulations for the operation of IT systems in the GxP environment (GAMP5, EU GMP Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11)
• Be familiar with relevant audit standards and frameworks (ISAE 3402, ISAE 3000, SOC1 and SOC2)
• Possess confident manner and strong communication skills
• Be reliable and committed
• Have a customer- and service-oriented personality with a certain degree of assertiveness

Responsibilities

• Develop guidelines, concepts, and regulations in a team and establish them in the company to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement
• Advise specialist teams on regulatory requirements and their practical implementation
• Serve as the central point of contact for audit requests to the company and coordinate them
• Monitor controls implemented for existing IT services and further develop the internal control system
• Provide support in the targeted implementation of corrective and preventive measures in the event of deviations
