Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in customer marketing, loyalty, or retention programs, preferably in eCommerce and subscription businesses
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with technical teams and providing business requirements
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel customer engagement campaigns from strategy through execution
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in loyalty and retention reporting; able to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Familiarity with loyalty and referral platforms, CDPs, and marketing automation tools
  • A creative, resourceful problem solver passionate about driving customer loyalty and retention

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Loyalty Marketing in developing and executing the loyalty roadmap to drive customer retention and engagement
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the loyalty program, overseeing briefing, project management, and deployment to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Lead Nutrafol’s referral program, including strategy, campaign execution, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
  • Working with technical teams, assist in the implementation and optimization of automated loyalty initiatives across multiple customer channels and touchpoints
  • Monitor and analyze loyalty KPIs (e.g., engagement metrics, program success) and deliver insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Support vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to execute loyalty initiatives
  • Contribute to the testing and optimization of loyalty tools, automation, and personalization strategies
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive loyalty programs to identify opportunities for innovation
