Summary
Join Huntress, a fully remote global cybersecurity company, as a Manager of MSP Sales. Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 Account Executives focused on the MSP space, fostering exemplary communication and engagement with prospective customers and partners. Provide internal support, feedback, and expertise in deal creativity and inspection to ensure team success. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, Revenue Leadership, and Marketing. Success will be measured by new logo and first-year expansion metrics, and the ability to drive activity and outcomes across the team. Reinforce Huntress' culture and values, and accurately forecast sales 30-90 days out. Travel is required 10% of the time.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing Account Executive teams or managing sales teams, ideally focused on the MSP space
- Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms
- Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Utilize tools like Gong for call reviews to provide feedback to AEs to enhance performance
- Strong organization & process skills for CRM pipeline management
- Document weekly 1:1s and provide radical candor on performance to foster continuous Account Executive growth
- Achieve a team plan based on both new logo metrics and first-year expansion rates in a velocity sales motion
- Deal inspection and forward movement based on the MEDDPICC framework
- Accurately forecast 30-90 days out based on deal reviews and leading indicators
- Work closely with Sales Development and Sales Engineering to manage the pipeline and align technical resources for your team
- Travel requirements 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the Managed Service Provider space is a plus
