Summary

Join Care Access as our Digital Community Manager and build, nurture, and manage our digital community efforts. You will develop online partnerships, expand our digital footprint, and create authentic connections to improve health access. This remote position involves developing and implementing engagement strategies, managing social media and online forums, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams. The role requires experience in community relations or digital marketing, strong communication skills, and proficiency in digital tools. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but a GED is required. Requirements

  • Experience in community relations, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in building online communities
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for community engagement
  • Minimum of a GED required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital community engagement strategies to build meaningful connections
  • Identify, establish and manage digital partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders
  • Manage digital community efforts, including social media and online forums
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align offline marketing tactics with digital community efforts with overall objectives
  • Track and report on digital community engagement metrics, making adjustments as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in loyalty marketing and programs
  • Previous healthcare experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
