Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta ads at scale, ideally in a DTC or eCommerce brand/agency spending $1M+/month
  • Are fluent in full-funnel media buying—audiences, placements, bidding, exclusions, and campaign structure
  • Thrive in performance-driven environments—you live in dashboards, think in CAC and contribution margin, and scale what works
  • Have experience collaborating with creative teams and can guide high-volume testing across formats, hooks, and storytelling styles
  • Are confident in attribution and analysis using tools like Triple Whale, GA4, and Shopify
  • Communicate clearly and proactively—whether it’s a Slack update, a Loom walkthrough, or a campaign performance report
  • Are self-motivated, resourceful, and thrive in high-growth, fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and optimize high-volume paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook + Instagram)
  • Own audience strategy, bidding (CBO/ABO), budget pacing, and campaign structure for maximum scalability
  • Monitor daily performance across key metrics like CAC, ROAS, CVR, CTR, MER, and contribution margin
  • Partner closely with our in-house creative team to test dozens of weekly assets , drive high-converting creative strategies, and provide structured feedback loops
  • Own creative testing frameworks—identify top hooks, formats, angles, and storytelling styles that scale profitably
  • Proactively brief the creative team with insights, data-backed recommendations, and emerging trends
  • Use MTA and attribution tools (e.g., TripleWhale, GA4, Haus) to drive optimization decisions based on incrementality, blended metrics, and down-funnel performance
  • Identify creative fatigue, audience performance trends, and conversion leaks across the funnel
  • Build and manage structured testing roadmaps to ensure constant iteration and growth
  • Partner with your Director of Paid Media on strategy alignment, budget planning, and scaling decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Ecommerce, and CRO teams to align Meta campaign execution with landing pages, offers, and funnel optimizations
  • Clearly communicate wins, learnings, and recommendations through reports, Looms, and Slack

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing paid campaigns on TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, or other social platforms
