Join TechnologyAdvice as a Paid Social Specialist and become an integral part of our Paid Media Team. You will manage paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. Responsibilities include building and managing campaigns, executing audience management, adjusting bidding strategies, and identifying tracking needs. You will analyze data, synthesize insights, communicate performance updates, and stay up-to-date on platform updates. This mid-level position is located in India and is remote. The role requires 3+ years of experience in paid social media campaigns and strong analytical skills. Please note that this is a contract position and does not include perks or benefits.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience building and managing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, Quora, Reddit, and/or Quora; familiarity with other paid media channels like search or display is a plus
  • Solid understanding of paid social metrics and the ability to evaluate campaign success based on business objectives
  • Extensive experience with various bid strategies (manual, cost cap, bid cap, etc.) and budget pacing tactics within Meta, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach, consistently seeking to optimize performance and challenge the status quo
  • Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and synthesizing data into clear, actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, delivering high-quality output in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and interfaces
  • Driven by both technical and creative curiosity, with a strong desire for continuous improvement in marketing expertise
  • Capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including creative, social, email, marketing operations, business intelligence, engineering, and SEO
  • Availability to work during U.S. business hours
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills
  • Access to a reliable laptop with stable internet and a consistent power supply (backup preferred)
  • Comfortable with daily communication via video conferencing tools

Responsibilities

  • Own the building and day-to-day management of paid campaigns across various Paid Social channels, including but not limited to Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Quora, Reddit and other social platforms
  • Execute rigorous audience management—develop and refine core, lookalike, and retargeting audiences using first-party data, platform signals, and CRM integrations to maximize relevance and minimize wasted spend
  • Adjust and refine bidding strategies based on performance trends, seasonal shifts, and market competition
  • Confidently navigate campaign types, attribution models, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to drive continuous account improvements
  • Identify tracking needs or issues for current campaigns and collaborate with analytics or dev teams to implement and troubleshoot event tracking and custom conversions
  • Improve campaign efficiency and performance through creative testing frameworks, audience iteration, and continuous optimization of copy, format, and placements
  • Initiate and manage creative requests to get necessary ad assets from our design team based on channel requirements
  • Analyze data from social ad platforms, Google Analytics, and visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau to uncover insights and inform future campaign decisions
  • Synthesize campaign performance into clear, actionable insights—highlighting top-performing creatives, underperforming segments, and opportunities for budget reallocation or scaling
  • Communicate performance updates, test results, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Stay up to date on platform updates and social advertising trends—actively testing new features, creative formats, betas, and automation tools, and offering data-backed recommendations for scaling growth and innovation
