Manager, Privacy and Compliance

Summary

Join the OTIP Group of Companies as a Privacy Manager to lead the development and delivery of privacy training, provide subject matter expertise on complex privacy issues, conduct risk assessments, and implement protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a privacy manager, or in a senior privacy lead role
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of federal and provincial privacy legislation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• A university degree or college diploma in business or a related field

Responsibilities

• Manage OGC's privacy operations by leading the development and delivery of privacy training
• Provide subject matter expertise on complex privacy issues
• Conduct privacy risk assessments
• Develop and implement privacy protocols
• Manage privacy-related inquiries
• Lead the investigation and resolution of privacy incidents
