Requirements

• At least 5 years of Product Management experience , ideally with supply chain software systems, mobile applications or enterprise platforms
• Proven expertise in managing product lifecycles and aligning technology services to strategic business goals
• Advanced skills in process analysis, business requirements definition, and conducting risk assessments
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills for managing stakeholder expectations
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning
• Ability to pivot quickly and make decisions with urgency while prioritizing customer and team success
• A fast learner, driven by curiosity and adaptability
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating delivery teams

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for supply chain focused software
• Lead UX and documentation teams to deliver on roadmap and product adoption goals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, providing enhanced reporting, dashboards, sprint reviews, and continuous status updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate business requirements, ensuring delivered solutions meet stakeholder needs
• Organize and manage the intake process for enhancements, and bugs, evaluating requests based on need, value, and execution complexity
• Manage product backlogs with a focus on prioritization and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that product delivery is a success
• Conduct risk assessments and escalate issues where necessary, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders on resolution plans
• Work with internal teams to address and prioritize critical bugs according to SLAs
• Gather feedback on Ivanti product usage and features from sales, customers and partners and share recommendations with stakeholders to influence product enhancements
