As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will lead a team, partner with sales leaders, and build commercial sales strategies to drive growth. You will develop and implement KPIs, manage critical initiatives, support sales force growth, and oversee quarterly execution. You will also innovate to improve ROI and GTM efficiency, identify areas for scale, and build action-oriented dashboards. This role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, experience with sales data, and proficiency in various systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ yrs Analytics and People Leadership
  • Highly organized, with project management experience, with a bias toward automation and scale
  • Strategic partner to field leadership, to get them what they need
  • Systems and automation oriented (SFDC, Clari, Datalake, PowerBI)
  • Creative problem solver, leverage prior experience and logic to get us to the best, fastest, outcome possible
  • Experience as a motivating People Leader
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP of Commercial Sales to leverage data, tools, and tech to support the execution of the leader’s strategy
  • Develop, implement, and review the key KPIs and metrics that are the lifeblood of our growth plan
  • Work cross functionally to project manage the launch of critical initiatives
  • Support the growth of our ever-expanding sales force
  • Oversee the execution and close of each quarter, with our extremely capable and tenured deal desk
  • Innovate news ways to improve yield on investment, and Go To Market (GTM) efficiency
  • Identify areas for efficiency and scale
  • Lead a team of 1 analyst to execute our data strategy
  • Gain a deep understanding of Boomi’s current sales data, identify trends and leading indicators, and support the buildout of action oriented dashboards
  • Run recurring cadences around planning, retention forecasting, bottoms up QBRs
  • Identify best practice from around Boomi, that can be rapidly deployed to improve efficiency and effectiveness in sales strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Global leadership experience a plus

Benefits

  • Base compensation for this position in our Vancouver BC office ranges from $130,000 - $160000 CAD
  • This position is remote-friendly
