Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in a strategy, analytics, or management consulting role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and extract meaningful insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Lead or support strategic projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, customer experience, and execution of the end-to-end order lifecycle
- Analyze large data sets to uncover actionable insights, leveraging tools such as Google Sheets, SQL, or BI platforms
- Own and drive OKR initiatives and contribute to OKR goal setting and planning process
- Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement, including capacity allocation, workflow efficiency, and cost reduction
- Develop business strategies and frameworks to support growth and operational excellence
- Design and implement performance metrics and dashboards to track key operational and company KPIs
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Sigma, or other analytics tools
