Summary

Join Minted's Wholesale Supply Chain team as a proactive, data-driven Supply Chain Manager. You will be responsible for managing purchasing and inventory, implementing inventory management strategies, leading continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing data to achieve in-stock goals, and projecting demand. Additional responsibilities include developing reporting for performance metrics, negotiating with external partners, and supporting new program launches. The ideal candidate possesses experience in demand planning, inventory management, data analysis, vendor management, and contract negotiation.   • Strong expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage purchasing and inventory allocation for Wholesale Greeting Card program
  • Design and implement comprehensive inventory management strategies that improve accuracy, availability, and efficiency across the Wholesale channel
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and increase overall operational efficiency
  • Analyze weekly in-stock data, work both internally and externally with 3rd party partners to achieve in-stock goals
  • Project SKU-store level demand for both Everyday and Seasonal programs within our wholesale Greeting Cards business
  • Develop and implement accurate, scalable reporting for performance metrics across our Wholesale Greeting Card supply chain
  • Drive contract and cost negotiations with external Wholesale partners
  • Support the launch and execution of new Wholesale programs and partners by delivering partner requirements, such as item set up, testing, and audits

Preferred Qualifications

Prior people management experience is a plus
