Summary

Join Everstream Analytics' Value Realization team as a Senior Value Realization Manager and play a critical role in driving customer outcomes, deepening product adoption, and building lasting strategic relationships within the Enterprise customer segment. You will work hands-on with large, strategic accounts, leading them through their Value Realization journey and collaborating with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support teams. This strategic, results-driven role reports to the Director of Value Realization and requires leading strategic planning, onboarding, adoption, and renewal for Enterprise accounts. You will serve as the primary contact for driving customer outcomes, adoption, and satisfaction, building and maintaining executive relationships within strategic accounts, and demonstrating Everstream’s value through targeted supply chain analyses. The position involves driving customer lifetime value, partnering with various teams for seamless engagement, providing customer feedback to influence product development, and championing customer advocacy. Mentoring junior team members and contributing to best practices are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, customer success, or account management, ideally in B2B SaaS or supply chain, procurement, or transportation solutions
  • Strong experience working with Enterprise-level customers and managing complex client relationships
  • Depth in problem solving supply chain analysis, and strategic planning
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Executive presence and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams
  • European time zone coverage required

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning, onboarding, adoption, and renewal for Enterprise accounts
  • Serve as the primary contact for driving customer outcomes, adoption, and satisfaction
  • Build and maintain executive relationships within strategic accounts
  • Demonstrate Everstream’s value by conducting targeted supply chain analyses with customers
  • Drive customer lifetime value through increased adoption, usage, satisfaction, and NPS
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Implementation to ensure seamless engagement
  • Provide customer feedback to influence product roadmap and innovation
  • Champion customer advocacy through references, testimonials, and case studies
  • Mentor junior team members on analysis, presentations, and client management
  • Contribute to best practices, playbooks, and processes that improve the customer journey
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities within accounts and take action
  • Travel as needed for business reviews, analyses, and relationship-building
  • Remain responsive to critical customer needs or escalations

Preferred Qualifications
