Summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technical project management for customer system integrations and implementations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, onboarding, product development, and customer support, to facilitate a smooth implementation process
  • Conduct detailed onboarding sessions to understand customer technical implementation requirements and tailor the implementation process accordingly
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the product development team to resolve any implementation challenges
  • Assist in monitoring the integrations support channels to help resolve issues for current clients
  • Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to identify areas for improvement in the implementation process
  • Operate effectively as a member of the Integrations team, supporting both existing and new integrations for TrustEngine’s product lines
  • Continuously tests new and existing integrations to provide feedback to Product & Engineering teams to determine the right integration capabilities to invest in and turn integration into a superpower
  • Onboard new integrations and defines custom mapping and configurations
  • Create and maintain relationships with key people in partner platform organizations to align roadmaps and goals
