Requirements

  • Possess an MBA from a top-tier school (preferred)
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or 11+ years of directly related experience
  • Have in-depth expertise in Medicare and/or Medicaid
  • Demonstrate success in strategy development and execution at a high level
  • Possess a strong background in consulting, project management, and executive support
  • Have exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Be adept at managing ambiguity and driving outcomes in fast-paced environments
  • Possess knowledge of healthcare industry trends and performance metrics
  • Demonstrate the proven ability to lead diverse teams and build stakeholder alignment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving the alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement projects across multiple workstreams
  • Develop and refine business strategies, ensuring measurable outcomes aligned with organizational goals
  • Conduct data analysis, assess performance metrics, and recommend innovative solutions to complex challenges
  • Create and present executive-level reports and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Support change management initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have healthcare industry experience
  • Be familiar with Chief of Staff or similar roles
  • Have experience working with senior executives in high-pressure settings
