Requirements
- Possess an MBA from a top-tier school (preferred)
- Hold a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or 11+ years of directly related experience
- Have in-depth expertise in Medicare and/or Medicaid
- Demonstrate success in strategy development and execution at a high level
- Possess a strong background in consulting, project management, and executive support
- Have exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Be adept at managing ambiguity and driving outcomes in fast-paced environments
- Possess knowledge of healthcare industry trends and performance metrics
- Demonstrate the proven ability to lead diverse teams and build stakeholder alignment
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving the alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement projects across multiple workstreams
- Develop and refine business strategies, ensuring measurable outcomes aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct data analysis, assess performance metrics, and recommend innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Create and present executive-level reports and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support change management initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project success
Preferred Qualifications
- Have healthcare industry experience
- Be familiar with Chief of Staff or similar roles
- Have experience working with senior executives in high-pressure settings
