Requirements

  • University degree in an analytical or technical field, e.g., bioinformatics, computer science, applied mathematics
  • 8+ years working experience in data analysis or data quality
  • Confident spreadsheet user (pivot tables, nested formulas)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • People Management (Past experience of leading large team, preferably 300+ with 5+ direct reports)

Responsibilities

  • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, ensuring clear communication, engagement, and alignment toward shared goals
  • Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of Veeva Link products and initiatives
  • Identify, conceptualize, and implement process improvements to enhance product performance with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage transitions in people, processes, and technology to adapt to evolving business needs and ensure seamless integration
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of HCP data across all streams, supporting data-driven decision-making and product reliability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Work experience in core operations, preferably BPO
  • Data analysis tools (KNIME)
  • Database technologies (Redshift, NoSQL/MongoDB)
