Summary
Join Fluxon, a product development team based in Gurugram, India, and work as a Quality Assurance Engineer. You will define and execute testing strategies for various applications, collaborate with project teams on quality initiatives, and champion QA best practices. This role requires 5+ years of hands-on testing experience, expertise in setting up testing processes, and a strong understanding of testing theory and SDLC. Requirements
- Experienced QA engineer generalist with a dedication to product quality, familiar and open to a wide range of technologies
- 5+ years of hands-on experience testing web or mobile applications, as well as APIs
- 3+ years of experience in setting up testing processes from scratch, building and maintaining test documentation
- Strong understanding of client - server architecture
- Strong understanding of testing theory and SDLC
- Basic understanding of CI/CD
- Basic understanding of networking stack (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP(S), SSH, etc)
- Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English
- Basic scripting experience (any modern programming language)
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end test strategy and processes for entire products, including suggesting appropriate tools to use
- Plan and execute testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables
- Assist project teams by tracking, documenting, and reporting on quality initiatives
- Investigate reports of product quality issues and work collaboratively towards resolution
- Be your productsβ quality champion and evangelize QA best practices within your teams and our clients
- Engage directly with our clients to understand requirements, define what quality means, and debug complex issues
- Learn fast while working independently and reliably

- Familiarity with task estimation
