Requirements

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and Excel
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in data handling
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and management of marketing technology platforms (e.g., marketing automation, analytics tools, websites)
  • Optimize the setup, execution, and tracking of marketing and communication campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms
  • Analyze campaign data to measure performance, derive insights, and recommend future strategies
  • Create dashboards and regular performance reports for key stakeholders
  • Develop and document marketing processes to enhance efficiency, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve cross-team collaboration
  • Manage lead flow through marketing automation systems, ensuring proper scoring, segmentation, and routing for follow-up
  • Oversee marketing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align on goals and drive integrated marketing strategies
  • Ensure marketing operations adhere to data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Preferred Qualifications
