Requirements

- 5β7 years in marketing operations or a similar role
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and Excel
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in data handling
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and management of marketing technology platforms (e.g., marketing automation, analytics tools, websites)
- Optimize the setup, execution, and tracking of marketing and communication campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms
- Analyze campaign data to measure performance, derive insights, and recommend future strategies
- Create dashboards and regular performance reports for key stakeholders
