Requirements
- High school degree (12ΒΊ)
- Customer Orientation
- Good SAP Knowledge (preferred)
- Strong English language skills (written and spoken) (preferred)
- Proactive, willingness to bring topics forward
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Fulfill and record orders in the system, timely and accurately
- Customer contact
- Provide clarifications on availability, prices and delivery data to internal and external customers
- Ensure the handling of customer complaints, providing appropriate referral and feedback
- Contact suppliers (plant)
