Responsibilities

  • Fulfill and record orders in the system, timely and accurately
  • Customer contact
  • Provide clarifications on availability, prices and delivery data to internal and external customers
  • Ensure the handling of customer complaints, providing appropriate referral and feedback
  • Contact suppliers (plant)
