Requirements

  • Ability to dig through data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of organization, and impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, reliable, transparent and enjoy working with different types of people
  • Top-tier academic performance at the undergraduate level
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization

Responsibilities

  • Carry out research and data analysis on a market niche, that will eventually lead to us developing a product that can stand out from the competition
  • Study our competition, observing how they promote themselves and their products
  • Understand the USP of our competitorsโ€™ products, with their pros, cons and USPs. We can gain incredible insight by studying their reviews
  • Identify who is our core audience? What are popular features our audience is looking for? What are their wants/needs?
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with high degree of ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex insights for end users

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ market research experience in CPG markets
  • E-commerce experience (especially Amazon) is preferable
