Summary

The job is for a Research Manager at Collage Group who will conduct quantitative consumer research across the project lifecycle and manage client relationships remotely. Requirements

  • 3+ years of quantitative market research supplier-side experience required
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients, team members, and 3rd party vendors through the project lifecycle including survey design, programming, fielding, data collection and processing, and analysis
  • Conduct consumer market research surveys to uncover key insights to help our clients activate these segments
  • Design custom questionnaires to align to project objectives
  • Build table/banner specifications and data crosstabs in survey platform
  • Review and monitor survey data while in-field, conduct data cleaning, and coordinate with panel vendors
  • Help perform in-depth data analysis to surface β€˜storytelling’ insights to be used for strategic recommendations for our clients
  • Design analysis plans strategically to effectively address project objectives
  • Visualize data effectively and tell a cohesive, compelling story through data in analyses
  • Create high-quality presentations/reports leveraging user-friendly visualization and layouts
  • Work with team members to ensure all project deadlines are met and project logistics are accounted for

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Confirmit, Qualtrics and/or Decipher highly preferred
  • Experience with advanced analytics drivers analyses, composite scoring, MaxDiff, market opportunity sizing, cluster analyses) a huge plus
  • Knowledge of DisplayR, SPSS, R, SQL a plus
  • Experience with both Syndicated and Custom market or consumer research is ideal
