Summary
Join Resource Innovations as a Marketing Account Lead to manage projects, engage utility customers, and execute marketing plans for energy efficiency and demand response programs. You will collaborate with marketing, program, and outreach teams, developing project plans and leading daily tasks to ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives. This role requires strong client management skills, attention to detail, and project management experience. You will also coordinate events and compile data for reports. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree (BBA, BA, or BS) in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, Communications, or a related field/equivalent experience required
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, project management, client management, or related fields
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook/Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive)
- Experience leading client meetings and providing status reports
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Primarily Remote position with the ability and expectation to travel to Chicago and/or locally within the Eastern regions up to 10% of the time, mainly for in-person events
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the Seamless Delivery of Work: Acts as day-to-day resource for customers to facilitate seamless programs and campaigns and can comfortably articulate all facets of the program and work
- Manage Project Tasks: Is responsible for tracking project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, helping to ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives in project management system
- Production of Marketing Materials - Works with the marketing, engineering and program teams to coordinate the production of marketing materials, monitoring the status of deliverables for assigned projects
- Event Coordination: Provide logistical and remote & on-site support for events, such as webinars, presentations, and case study video shoots, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for those involved
- Assist with Data and Reporting: Help compile and organize data related to campaigns and events, preparing reports in Excel or data visualizations to track and measure marketing activities and effectiveness
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to cross-functional projects and ensuring alignment on marketing activities
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize new tools and technologies, including project management and email marketing platforms (experience with Wrike and Campaign Monitor or similar systems is a plus)
- Agency experience is preferred
