Requirements

  • Be highly motivated, self-driven, and high-energy
  • Have a high capacity for working with 40 partners concurrently and switch between multiple communication platforms
  • Possess a high level of clear and direct communication
  • Maintain a humble attitude and ask questions when needed
  • Communicate with partners with a 5-star level of service and a 'my pleasure' mindset
  • Have a strong understanding of social media marketing, paid search, SEO, and web
  • Be tech-savvy and able to switch between multiple software tools
  • Possess strong time management skills and the ability to identify daily priorities and pivot when needed
  • Know the orthodontic and dental field or be willing to learn
  • Have reliable high-speed internet and a permanent distraction-free environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage partner communications (email, phone, SMS, Slack)
  • Facilitate training calls for partners
  • Advise partners on marketing initiatives
  • Handle 25-30 emails daily, coordinating with other HIP teams
  • Conduct 15-20 weekly calls with partners to review marketing reports, solve problems, and offer training
  • Send detailed recap emails after calls and delegate tasks
  • Address diverse partner queries (lead quality, ad spend, CRM training, website edits, design requests, SEO, payment updates, CRM issues)
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks in ClickUp (project management software)
  • Maintain a detailed and organized CRM (HighLevel)
  • Facilitate training calls with teams, leading confidently and influentially
