Summary

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5 - 10 years of experience in digital marketing, client strategy, or account management, preferably in an agency or eCommerce environment
- Strong understanding of retention marketing, including email, SMS, and CRM strategies
- Proven ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
- Proven experience in people management and leadership, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop team members
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting
- Ability to communicate complex marketing insights in a clear and actionable manner
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling services to drive revenue growth
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on strategy execution
Responsibilities
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies that meet client needs
- Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into marketing strategies
- Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email and other retention marketing campaigns
- Communicate marketing insights and reports on performance, and plan for further development
- Ensure the Activations team has clear instructions and is aligned with the overall strategy
- Successfully upsell and cross-sell services, increasing revenue and client engagement
- Provide valuable industry insights to the marketing team to enhance the companyβs reputation as an industry leader
