Join Komodo Health as a detail-oriented Analyst to support the Marketing Group's day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for budgeting, invoicing, financial tracking, and process management, working closely with marketing operations, procurement, and finance teams. The role involves tracking and reconciling marketing budgets, processing vendor invoices, managing operational documentation, and supporting data analysis. You will contribute to building reports on marketing spend and channel performance, and assist with automation and process improvements. This position is offered through an Employer of Record (EoR), handling payroll, benefits, and HR support. Komodo Health offers a hybrid work model with flexibility and various benefits.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in financial operations, budgeting, or marketing support
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Proficient in using the Zip procurement platform (or similar tool)
- Strong attention to detail in financial data entry and reporting
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote or cross-functional environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking and reconciling marketing budgets
- Support the monthly/quarterly budget forecasting
- Maintain up-to-date budget trackers using Excel
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring timely submission, approval, and payment in Zip
- Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and statements of work
- Maintain an organized archive of invoices
- Assist in managing documentation for operational processes
- Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and reference materials for operational processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless process execution
- Coordinate with external vendor contacts, such as AP/AR or account management roles, to complete documentation
- Support the Data Analytics Lead in building reports on marketing spend and channel performance
- Support ad hoc data analysis requests from marketing leadership or the Data Analytics Lead
- Assist with automation and process improvements to streamline financial operations
