Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, economics, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably within a performance marketing environment
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, PowerBI, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing and analytics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High level of speaking, writing, and understanding proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance metrics across various digital marketing channels
• Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization on the patient funnel
• Develop strategies to improve campaign performance, including audience targeting, ad creative, landing page optimization, and bidding strategies
• Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Design and implement A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns, landing pages, and other digital assets
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats
