Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analysis, data analytics, or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, or Computer Science preferred
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
  • Robust analytical skills with the ability to digest large sets of data and provide key insights and recommendations
  • Experience developing and measuring A/B and multivariate tests
  • Familiar with advertising attribution, media mix modeling, and incrementally testing
  • Ability to distill and present complex data sets in a digestible format for internal stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, data science approaches, digital marketing channels, and campaign optimization techniques
  • Expert proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Power BI, Amplitude, BigQuery, and other analysis tools
  • SEO knowledge and proficiency with SQL required

Responsibilities

  • Play a crucial role in driving marketing strategies and initiatives through data analysis and insights
  • Collecting, interpreting, and presenting data related to marketing campaigns, website behavior, demographics, promotions, OKRs, KPIs, and loyalty programs
  • Optimize marketing performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and informing strategic decision-making within the marketing department
  • Utilize various analytics tools and platforms to gather, organize, and interpret data, such as Google Analytics, CRM, Power BI, Amplitude, Looker Studio, Excel, ad platforms, and Powerpoint
  • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards
  • Support the development and execution of A/B testing and experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and website performance
  • Analyze website behavior to identify and suggest UX or CRO improvements
  • Configure and refine data tracking and attribution for marketing campaigns, website activity, and other marketing efforts
  • Conduct competitor research to gain insights applicable to marketing optimizations
  • Extract ad hoc data from data warehouse and other platforms

Preferred Qualifications

A background in multi-location or franchising, eCommerce, and entertainment is a huge bonus!
