Requirements

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Creative and innovative, with a keen eye for detail
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry
  • A deep understanding of the current regulatory landscape surrounding digital assets
  • A creative spark for developing engaging content formats (e.g., webinars, podcasts)

Responsibilities

  • Advise management on the strategic direction of the company’s marketing efforts
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies
  • Develop and deliver performance tracking of marketing activities to present to management
  • Manage insight creation, utilising knowledge within the firm to create high-quality content, including articles, whitepapers, and case studies, that positions the company as a thought leader in the digital asset space
  • Identify, plan, and manage the company’s participation in industry conferences and events
  • Develop and deliver presentations and materials that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition
  • Oversee the company’s social media presence and digital marketing campaigns
  • Generate and nurture new business relationships to expand the company’s client base
  • Work closely with sales and business development teams to support client acquisition efforts
  • Create and curate engaging content to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Refine and enhance internal communication strategies to ensure alignment with external messaging
  • Support internal stakeholders with marketing materials and insights
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the external PR firm
  • Coordinate and manage external communications, including press releases and media relations
  • Drive the development and implementation of the company’s brand vision
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
