Join the Digital Marketing Operations team as a Marketing Assistant to support various digital marketing initiatives and enhance the online experience for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience or strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
• Proficiency in Google Ads and analytics tools, with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in executing marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and best practices
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their respective analytics tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Execute Customer Data Platform (CDP) campaigns, ensuring accurate data collection, segmentation, variant testing and campaign deployment
• Act as a liaison between Marketing Managers and key advertising vendors, providing necessary insights and recommendations for improvements based on past campaign performance
• Coordinates house ad schedule with outside vendor, ensuring timely and accurate placement
• Generate 30-40% of email campaigns, including building and deploying campaigns within company guidelines
• Schedules paid social media placements across social media platforms
• Provide backup support for social media posts as needed
• Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing calendars and schedules
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing
• Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as assigned
• Travel to strategic meetings and trainings as needed
