  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a proactive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Manage paid and organic digital campaigns across platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and others
  • Analyze campaign performance data and optimize strategies based on insights and results
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as content, design, and sales to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, SEO efforts, and content strategy to maximize engagement
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
  • Partner with the eCommerce team to drive traffic through effective campaign strategies within the allocated budget
  • Manage and allocate budgets for digital ad spend, ensuring optimal return on investment
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversions, ROI, and website traffic to measure success
  • Lead the development of breakthrough products from concept to launch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and innovative solutions
  • Drive innovation in digital marketing strategies and campaign execution to support product launches
