Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a creative flair for content creation
  • Proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager and a clear understanding of how to create ads using various targeting methods (geo-location, uploading contacts and creating lookalike audiences etc.)
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark)
  • Understanding of social media analytics and reporting
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and practices is a plus
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative
  • Highly organized and deadline-oriented
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail

Responsibilities

  • Creating social media ads as requested on Meta Ads Manager
  • Monitor social media accounts for trends, comments, and messages
  • Track and report on social media metrics and performance
  • Creating social media graphics using our pre-built templates in Canva
  • Drafting posts for social media via Sked Social (experience using Sked is not required – training on the job can be provided – Sked Social is similar to Hootsuite)
  • Support the marketing team with additional tasks as needed
