• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and SMS marketing tools
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google My Business
• Good understanding and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
• Strong understanding of the Virtual Staffing landscape and client needs
• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
• Self-driven and proactive, accountability and personal organization are essential
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functional environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Regular Cadence in Conversion Rate Optimization: Develop and maintain a regular cadence in analyzing, testing, and optimizing conversion rates across various marketing channels and platforms
• Laser Focus on Conversion Rate Optimization: Demonstrate a strong focus on conversion rate optimization, with proven experience and results
• Email and SMS Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention
• Support the Creation of Digital Marketing Materials
• Assist in the Development and Implementation of Marketing Strategies
