The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing LinkedIn engagement and advertising, strong understanding of LinkedIn analytics, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, creativity, knowledge of LinkedIn's platform, tools, and advertising options.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing LinkedIn organic engagement and paid advertising
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn analytics and ability to interpret data to drive decisions
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creativity in content creation and campaign execution
• Knowledge of LinkedIn's platform, tools, and advertising options
• Own a laptop/desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with 10 Mbps internet
• Available to work in US time zones

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Manage and optimize LinkedIn organic content, including posts, articles, and company page updates
• Plan and implement LinkedIn paid advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions
• Analyze and report on key metrics to assess the effectiveness of LinkedIn strategies and campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align LinkedIn efforts with overall marketing goals
• Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of LinkedIn marketing
