Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple partners, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives
- Develop co-branded content and craft compelling messaging tailored to target audiences
- Execute multi-channel campaigns spanning email, paid media, webinars, and social platforms
- Oversee joint campaign timelines and coordinate deliverables across internal teams and partner stakeholders
- Ensure co-marketing agreements are met
- Track performance metrics, analyze data insights, and optimize strategies to maximize lead generation and brand impact
- Develop a deep understanding of HubSpot, including managing CRM workflows, nurturing campaigns, and segmenting lists
- Use HubSpot’s reporting tools to analyze performance and optimize campaigns for lead conversion
- Track and execute lead generation campaigns effectively
- Source campaigns, monitor ROI, and continuously optimize efforts based on key performance metrics like lead quality and conversion rates
- Oversee organic social media content and paid campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn
- Develop engaging social media content and optimize social ad spend for maximum impact
- Develop on-brand and high-quality marketing assets, including graphics and visuals, using tools like Canva
- Work across marketing, sales, and partner teams, requiring excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Gather input from multiple teams to ensure created materials are impactful, on-message, and aligned with customer needs and organizational goals
- Maintain a proactive, resourceful mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Own projects, solve problems on the fly, and deliver impactful marketing results across a variety of channels
- Take initiative and adapt to new challenges, ensuring that every campaign and project contributes to the business’s growth
