Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in email marketing and marketing automation specifically utilizing Sales Force Marketing Cloud
- Experience managing projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Acute attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to interpret and apply email performance metrics effectively
- Hands-on knowledge of email marketing best practices
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of projects, ensuring efficient execution of project activities and alignment with milestones
- Manage the holistic plan of email deployment timing and targets to ensure a balanced, distributed schedule
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project requirements and act as a liaison with the client email operations team
- Develop SOWβs, project plans, timelines, and estimates, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Maintain proactive communication, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues for informed decision-making
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables that meet quality standards and adhere to client guidelines, brand standards, and industry regulations
- Address challenges during campaign execution and monitor project financials, including budget and burn rates
- Continuously improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification for Administrator, Email Specialist and/or Consultant are a plus
- Experience working in an advertising agency environment
- Utility or Energy account familiarity
- Knowledge in or use of Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools, Azure, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Adobe Experience Platform, Monday.com and Smartsheets
Benefits
The semi-monthly salary range for this position is $4,166.67 - $4,583.33, with an annualized equivalent of $100,000 - $110,000
