Requirements
- 3-5 years (B2C Lifecycle) Marketing Automation experience
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (examples: Customer.io , HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Proficient in analytics tools like Mixpanel and Tableau to track and interpret data
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel marketing
- Ability to collaborate across teams and influence without direct authority
- Results-oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment with varying project streams
Responsibilities
- Manage the distribution list, creating, setting up, and executing all marketing campaigns using Hubspot, Customer.io, Zapier
- Take ownership of omnichannel campaigns that leverage email, push notifications, SMS, and other communications
- Contribute to the daily operations of the digital team and manage the marketing technology stack
- Manage and improve engagement campaigns in SAVii to move leads through the marketing funnel
- Manage Marketing automation rules and logic, landing pages, and reports
- Design and build automated email marketing flows and email campaigns
- Create, test, and optimize campaign landing pages to improve the conversion funnel
- Interpret campaign analytics to measure performance and spot weaknesses
- Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization (a/b testing, etc.)
- Maintain company and customer segment databases
- Work with other teams to tailor communications based on targeted segments and user attributes, including channel routing, message frequency, and dynamic content & personalization
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of SAViiβs marketing technology stack and how to leverage user attributes & highly-segmented data
- Leverage metrics and analytics in decision-making
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on various campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or familiarity with fintech, lending and salary loan products
