Join Edpuzzle's Global Growth Team as the next Global Marketing Operations & Automation Lead! Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, workflow automation, and MarTech optimization globally. As the HubSpot subject matter expert, you will drive platform adoption, improve process efficiency, and lead innovation through testing and automation enhancements. Manage global reporting, ensuring accurate data capture, and support effective KPI tracking. Evaluate, select, and integrate new marketing technologies to improve performance and scalability. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working ideally in a SaaS organization in a Marketing Operations or Automation role
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including implementation and platform ownership at a previous company
  • Proven experience building complex workflows and automation processes in HubSpot
  • Confident and proactive in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Enjoys collaborating with diverse teams and adapting communication styles to different working preferences
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to manage large datasets, identify patterns through analysis, and present actionable insights to key stakeholders
  • Skilled in managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing goals and deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns across regions, time zones, and languages
  • Ability to code templates for marketing emails and landing pages
  • Experience managing customer journeys across various stages of the funnel, with a focus on identifying opportunities for optimization and proposing strategic solutions
  • Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Growth Team’s subject matter expert on HubSpot, leading platform strategy, adoption, and optimization
  • Support campaign development, workflow automation, and database management
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in campaign setup, execution, and reporting
  • Foster innovation by supporting creative testing initiatives and advancing marketing automation capabilities
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of additional HubSpot modules in alignment with evolving business needs
  • Continuously evaluate the MarTech stack to identify gaps, improve efficiency, and drive ROI
  • Research, recommend, and implement new tools and technologies to enhance marketing capabilities and internal workflows
  • Lead the research and evaluation of new tools to support global Growth and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Oversee tool rollouts, including system integration and team onboarding, to ensure smooth adoption
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing data requests across teams
  • Ensure reliable campaign data capture and alignment with analytics standards to enable actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain global KPI reporting dashboards for the Growth Monetization team
  • Act as the central point of contact for all MarTech tools, ensuring optimal usage and value delivery for the Growth team
  • Collaborate closely with key departments—including Product, Data, and Revenue—to align MarTech initiatives with broader business goals
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the success of the Growth team and the wider organization
