Join Edpuzzle's Global Growth Team as a data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Specialist - Referral & Engagement! You will manage the full lifecycle of automated marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution, using HubSpot to design and optimize multi-touch nurture campaigns. A key focus will be driving user engagement and accelerating referral growth through tailored, localized campaigns. You will lead testing strategies and support global initiatives, including onboarding, retention, churn reduction, and acquisition. By analyzing campaign data, you'll provide actionable insights for ongoing improvements. This role requires up to 15% travel, potentially including overnight stays and occasional international trips. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within a SaaS organization
- Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Appcues, or similar, including best practices for integration between tools
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, managing the full funnel from acquisition to conversion and engagement
- Solid background in referral marketing and in managing customer journeys, with a focus on optimizing each stage of the loop
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns, and deliver actionable insights
- Skilled in developing clear campaign strategies aligned with KPIs, including testing and iteration to drive continuous growth
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced, agile environments
- Knowledge of QA practices to ensure accuracy and consistency in marketing automation campaigns
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Develop and support testing strategies and localization campaigns, implementing data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance
- Own the full lifecycle of automated marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring alignment with company-wide growth initiatives
- Build, test, and refine multi-touch nurture campaigns using HubSpot, leveraging segmentation, lead scoring, and AI-driven automation
- Oversee the execution and support of testing strategies and localization for core global campaigns, including but not limited to user onboarding, user engagement and retention, churn management, referral loops, and other initiatives designed to improve acquisition, referrals, activation and engagement
- Compile data/reports to translate campaign results into actionable insights for further growth
- Stay up-to-date with edtech trends to inform campaign strategies
- Perform other duties as assigned
