Summary
Join Ceros as a Marketing Campaign Associate and contribute to the growth of our Enterprise client base. You will develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, primarily through email, LinkedIn, and video outreach, to generate qualified leads. This role requires experience in B2B marketing and strong communication skills. You will leverage AI-powered tools and gain a deep understanding of the Ceros product and target industries. Requirements
- Marketing campaign execution experience in a fast-paced environment a must
- Understanding of the B2B customer journey: from awareness and education to prospecting and opportunity creation
- Ability to craft coherent, creative emails that effectively communicate value and inspire action across a variety of buyer personas
- Confidence in communicating with VP- and C-level stakeholders, especially within marketing, digital, and content functions
- Comfortable working in an evolving environment with a product that’s constantly improving
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating demand and generating a pipeline of engaged, qualified leads that convert into meetings and opportunities for the enterprise team
- Use a variety of AI-powered marketing and sales tools, adapting your strategies with creativity and speed
- Drive interest through personalized, insight-led campaigns leveraging email, LinkedIn, video, and other channels (e.g. Hubspot, Salesloft, Gong, Sales Navigator)
- Strategically research and map accounts - leveraging 10-Ks, annual reports, and industry news - to tailor outreach to the most relevant trends, personas, and initiatives
- Master internal systems and tools (Hubspot, Metabase, Salesloft, Gong) to manage campaign activity, reporting, and performance optimization
- Develop deep knowledge of the Ceros value proposition within target industries and personas; translate that into messaging that resonates and drives action
- Build credibility by demonstrating a strong understanding of our clients’ industries, challenges, and goals—and position Ceros as the solution that helps them win
- Maintain full fluency in the Ceros suite and the impact it delivers, helping elevate the brand in every campaign interaction
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong preference for candidates with experience using HubSpot’s Marketing tools to build and manage campaigns, including email outreach, workflows, and audience segmentation
