Requirements

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal (mandatory)
• Familiarity with technical writing, product documentation, marketing content creation or storytelling is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Basic knowledge of Spanish is highly desirable but not mandatory
• Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely in both technical and non-technical terms
• A passion for writing and the ability to adapt style and tone to different audiences
• An eye for accuracy and precision in both writing and editing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Comfortable with technology, learning new tools, and explaining technical concepts
• Ability to work collaboratively with product, marketing, and technical teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and write compelling presentations that highlight product features and benefits
• Produce detailed and accurate technical descriptions of products, ensuring all stakeholders clearly understand how they work
• Create detailed RFPs to explain product functionality, including new modules and features
• Write user-friendly guides and manuals that help customers and internal teams effectively use our products
• Build and maintain internal and external knowledge bases to provide quick, accurate product information
• Create engaging marketing materials such as one-pagers, teasers, and posts for both internal and external audiences
